Verdantix Group is led by a senior management team that pairs hands-on operational leadership with deep financial, tax, and regulatory expertise.
David Huang is an experienced engineering and operations leader with more than a decade of hands-on leadership across manufacturing, electronics, and solar-related technologies. A graduate of the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor’s degree in Photovoltaic Solar Energy Engineering, he has progressed through a series of roles at established technology companies, advancing from engineering and international sales into senior operations and general management.
His career spans product development, production management, equipment commissioning, process optimisation, supply-chain coordination, and quality assurance. He has led cross-functional teams, managed large-scale factory operations, and delivered technical and operational solutions that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced product quality.
As Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, David sets the Group’s long-term strategy and leads its preparation for a proposed listing — driving the pre-IPO restructuring of the Group’s legal, operational, and ownership structure; strengthening corporate governance to international listing standards; overseeing financial performance, treasury, and capital management; and establishing the enterprise risk and compliance frameworks expected of a listed company. He also leads capital-raising strategy, strategic business development, and corporate communications with investors, regulators, and stakeholders.
Joey Chau is an ACCA-qualified finance and compliance professional with nearly twenty years of experience across financial reporting, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance — including global transfer pricing, Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) reporting.
She brings the technical depth a pre-IPO finance function depends on: building audit-ready financial controls, delivering accurate and timely statutory and group reporting, and managing complex cross-border tax exposure through treaty and transfer-pricing expertise — the foundations underpinning due diligence, prospectus disclosure, and post-listing regulatory obligations. Her track record includes identifying control weaknesses before they become audit findings, reconciling financial statements and tax positions to audit standard, and liaising confidently with tax authorities, auditors, and legal counsel.
Her earlier career includes sixteen years as an Assessor with the Inland Revenue Department of the Hong Kong SAR, where she examined financial statements, tax returns, transfer-pricing applications, and AEOI/CRS submissions across businesses of every size, building a regulator’s-eye view of what withstands scrutiny. As Chief Financial Officer, Joey leads financial governance, reporting, and IPO readiness across the Group.
